Ako u\u017e n\u00e1zov napoved\u00e1 nejedn\u00e1 sa o meranie v jednom bode, ako je tomu u be\u017en\u00fdch radarov a lidarov.<\/p>\n<p>Pevne in\u0161talovan\u00e9 meradlo priemernej r\u00fdchlosti v \u00faseku zaznamenaj\u00fa ka\u017ed\u00e9 vozidlo na vjazde do meranej z\u00f3ny a n\u00e1sledne aj na v\u00fdjazde z nej. Syst\u00e9m je schopn\u00fd rozozn\u00e1va\u0165 eviden\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edsla vozidiel a na z\u00e1klade rozdielu \u010dasu vjazdu a v\u00fdjazdu z meran\u00e9ho \u00faseku a zn\u00e1mej vzdialenosti medzi vjazdom a v\u00fdjazdom vypo\u010d\u00edta priemern\u00fa r\u00fdchlos\u0165 vozidla.<\/p>\n<p>Mobiln\u00e9 meradl\u00e1 pracuj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe zmerania vlastnej r\u00fdchlosti a n\u00e1sledne po splnen\u00ed stanoven\u00fdch podmienok jej priradenie meran\u00e9mu vozidlu<\/p>\n<p>Pevne in\u0161talovan\u00e9 konven\u010dn\u00e9 meradlo priemernej r\u00fdchlosti nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 oklama\u0165 zmenou jazdn\u00e9ho pruhu v\u00a0meranom \u00faseku za predpkladu, \u017ee v\u0161etky pruhy s\u00fa sledovan\u00e9 kamerami. V praxi tomu tak v\u017edy nie je a\u00a0napr\u00edklad prejazdom cez odstavn\u00fd pruh alebo cez protismer\u00a0je\u00a0mo\u017en\u00e9 vyhn\u00fa\u0165\u00a0sa\u00a0zmeraniu.\u00a0Nev\u00fdhodou \u00fasekov\u00e9ho merania je, \u017ee vodi\u010d mus\u00ed dodr\u017eiava\u0165 predp\u00edsan\u00fa [a v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou nezmyslene n\u00edzku] r\u00fdchlos\u0165 v\u00a0celom meranom \u00faseku.\u00a0Ke\u010f\u017ee zariadenie ni\u010d nevysiela je prakticky nedetekovateln\u00e9. Niektor\u00e9 typy detektorov s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 detekova\u0165 infra\u010derven\u00e9 prisvietenie \u00fasekov\u00fdch kamier, ale samozrejme len v\u00a0pr\u00edpade kedy je toto prisvietenie zapnut\u00e9 a\u00a0tak\u00e1to detekcia je n\u00e1hodn\u00e1 a\u00a0nespo\u013eahliv\u00e1. Vo svete be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom varovania je naviga\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m s\u00a0POI datab\u00e1zou v ktorej je ulo\u017een\u00e1 poloha t\u00fdchto \u00fasekov\u00fdch mera\u010dov.<\/p>\n<p>Existuje nieko\u013eko viac alebo menej \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch a pritom leg\u00e1lnych sp\u00f4sobov ako sa pred pevne in\u0161talovan\u00fdm \u00fasekov\u00fdm meran\u00edm chr\u00e1ni\u0165:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schov\u00e1va\u010dka<\/strong> \u2013 rovnako sa vyu\u017e\u00edva fakt, \u017ee kamery s\u00fa umiestnen\u00e9 vysoko nad vozovkou. Aby bol syst\u00e9m schopn\u00fd vypo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 mus\u00ed pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 eviden\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo vozidla, a\u00a0to ako na za\u010diatku meran\u00e9ho \u00faseku, tak na jeho konci. Tomu sa d\u00e1 zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 schovan\u00edm sa za v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie vozidlo [dod\u00e1vka, n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 auto, autobus]. Sta\u010d\u00ed sa schova\u0165 bu\u010f na vjazde alebo na v\u00fdjazde z\u00a0\u00faseku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zn\u00ed\u017eenie priemernej r\u00fdchlosti<\/strong> \u2013 Ako u\u017e bolo spomenut\u00e9 VASCAR po\u010d\u00edta priemern\u00fa r\u00fdchlos\u0165 v \u00faseku a t\u00fato skuto\u010dnos\u0165 je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017ei\u0165 vo svoj prospech. Ak sa V\u00e1m stane, \u017ee do \u00fasekovky s obmedzen\u00edm 80km\/h vojdete napr\u00edklad r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou 100km\/h sta\u010d\u00ed spomali\u0165 povedzme na 60-70km\/h a priemern\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 ktor\u00fa zariadenie vypo\u010d\u00edta bude zodpoveda\u0165 limitu. Okrem toho niektor\u00e9 zariadenie meraj\u00fa okrem priemernej r\u00fdchlosti aj okam\u017eit\u00fa r\u00fdchlos\u0165 na vjazde a v\u00fdjazde z kontrolovan\u00e9ho \u00faseku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V Slovenskej Republike je metrologicky schv\u00e1len\u00e9 zariadenie na meranie \u00fasekovej r\u00fdchlosti Cordon, Unicam VELOCITY 4, SYDO Traffic Velocity ako aj Polcam, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017eeme tie\u017e zaradi\u0165 do tejto kateg\u00f3rie aj ke\u010f v tomto pr\u00edpade sa jedn\u00e1 o mobiln\u00e9 zariadenie &#8211; mobiln\u00e9 \u00fasekov\u00e9 meranie. Rovnako tak sem patr\u00ed aj Ramer 10 C pri pou\u017eit\u00ed v pas\u00edvnom re\u017eime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako spozna\u0165 pevne in\u0161talovan\u00e9 \u00fasekov\u00e9 meranie<\/strong>: Konven\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenie spravidla pozost\u00e1va z \u00fasekov\u00fdch kamier umiestnen\u00fdch vo v\u00fd\u0161ke pribli\u017ene 4-5 metrov nad vozovkou a v niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadov aj kalibra\u010dn\u00fdch \u010diar kolm\u00fdch na smer jazdy.
